  • Mine does exactly the same since they updated the ap! However I haven't had a problem with having the cash back paid even though I can barely read the receipt myself once its been 'stretched' HTH :-)

Hi can anyone explain how my superlist works can use allrest but dont get this 1 what day are the best to check offers thanks in advance

No idea when the best day is to check.
If you download the app. My superlist. It gives the option of searching for Cashback items. Via "browse" at the top > "Cashback"

Find an item you will buy for cashback. Buy it. Add it to your list. Go back to your list with the Cashback item included.

    - Tap the pig in the bottom right corner of the screen. And it should allow you to snap a picture of your receipt. Cashback will then be send to your PayPal account you have set up with it.

*note, not used my superlist for a while though. But should still be like this. Was last time I used it.

Anyone else had an issue with the Shopitize android app when trying to "report an issue"

I click on "report an issue" then type my problem but cannot remove the keyboard layout in order to press the "report issue" button.

    Shopitize is sh*t.
Everyone is having trouble with it and their customer service stinks.

Your comment is a bit harsh IMHO.

Their app scanning software has improved a lot. When I first signed up it was almost totally useless on my Samsung Galaxy, now it works almost every time (as long as I scan the product and receipt at 90 degrees!).

There's a Shopitize rep who regularly responds to postings on here so I don't think the CS is too bad. Try contacting the CS for many survey companies, then you'll soon experience poor treatment.

I actually prefer shopitize to all the others as it is the only one that reliably works for me. I reported an issue a week ago and haven't heard anything yet but overall still happy with it.
