Looking at my Quidco account its showing as ineligible :( what does that mean, can I resubmit the receipt?
    TIA
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

    Hi Asset2004,

Your receipt could had been ineligible for a number of reasons. The best thing to do is to raise a ticket. You can do this by clicking here.

    Thanks

I had that - resubmitted the receipt twice, and when it still said illegible after 3 attempts, I queried it with them, and then they told me it was because I'd bought the wrong type. Would have been much easier if they'd just declined it instead of saying that it was illegible...

The 4 pack of Napolina Toms *Quidco) are currently 1/2 price at £2.44 in Tesco.

Submitted my first ever Quidco ClickSnap today, but still can't see it in my history or activity. How long does it usually take?

On the printable coupons thread there's a link to a voucher for 20% off at the Works when you spend over £10, TCB are also offering £5 cashback on a £20 spend through snap & save.

Spend £25, this will be discounted to £20 instore, submit your snap & save receipt and get £5 cashback, thus saving £10 all in all (especially good as most things in there are heavily discounted to start with)!

    Hi Cocobay71,

All of your ClickSnap transactions are availble in your ClickSnap activity. You need to click on the activity tab and then the ClickSnap tab at the top right of the page.

    Thanks

Just wondering about the check ins... When you've checked in somewhere once (ie Asda), when are you able to check in again? I remembered to do it a few days ago for the first time ever, but then when I picked up a few bits last night, I thought I'd check in again, but "check in" is no longer available there. Is the check in bonus only available once for each shop, or how does it work please?
I don't think I can hang on til Friday...
