    Morning All,

Hope you all had a relaxing weekend. Please find the answers to your questions below.

@Karlie88: Thank you for the amazing feedback regarding confirmation time. We are working hard to reduce this so you get your cashback ASAP.

@Georgiegirl258: I'm glad you like this weeks offers. Have you tried visiting the mysupermarket website? It tells you which supermarket stock what products. Only thing to watch out for though is that it does not tell you if a branch stocks a particular line.

    Thanks

    Brad

I previously had a National Express transaction that went from payable to withheld/suspended, then after a week or two it went back to payable again. I think the reason given was something to do with tracking/confirmation from their affiliate company.

Hopefully mine will too! I've put in a claim just to be sure. I've got a feeling it's because I cancelled the extended warranty, if it is, then it's bad form on Boots part :(

I have just checked my TCB account and 3 transactions that were showing successful are now showing declined. Has this happened to anyone else. Again I am now searching for my receipts. I am getting a bit fed up with this.

Yes, I had a Shop and Save one declined because the details apparently weren't clear on the receipt. By the time they did this, the offer had finished so I couldn't resubmit.

I opened a support ticket on the website and got a very apologetic reply the next day, no explanation but crediting the money.

Has anyone seen the Richmond ham anywhere?

I have tried mysupermarket, and that type of Richmond ham doesn't appear to exist in any of the shops available...
I don't think I can hang on til Friday...

Following on from that +ve feedback....

...I'd just like to comment about your latest cashback offer on the Coca Cola.

Now I do like to have the odd glass here and there, especially with a wedge of lime and a few ice cubes, but I don't require 6 bottles in one go!

To purchase 12 litres in one shop is asking a bit too much. :rotfl:

Much preferred the buy 1 bottle - 30p cashback or buy 2 bottles - 60p cashback.

    Going up to 3 bottles was a bit of a ball-ache (:D), but 6?!!?

How do you upload receipts from sainsburys to topcashback? Am I being thick - I can't see a way of adding a second part of the receipt? With other shops I just make sure to get it all in one picture, but sainsburys is back and front, so I have to use a scanner, or is there an easier way?
    Thanks!

if it's a long receipt, they will let you fold it - some details will be upside down but not a problem

I used a scanner - scanned front, then back, then put one image above the other, then scanned again & it tracked same day.

I've not even been checking these cashback offers at all lately, all this bulk buying is odd,who buys 6 bottles of coke at a time unless you're having a party or are trying to kill yourself with it :rotfl:

    Hi,

Hope you are all enjoying the new ClickSnap offers. Thanks for all your messages, please find the answers to your questions below.

@Georgiegirl256: It appears that you can purchase the ham from Asda and Waitrose, but please note that some stores might not stock it.

@Karlie88: We found that the Coke offer was very popular and that most members were using it to bulk buy. We wanted to create a deal for those members, so that they can purchase a large amount and still receive cashback.

    Thanks
