The five “Win a Wickes Kitchen” competitions are open to residents of the UK mainland only aged 18 years over, except for employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and Wickes Building Supplies Limited, their agents or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.
2. All information detailing how to enter these competitions forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.


3. To enter the competitions, participants must submit their entry via www.telegraph.co.uk/wickes

4. Entries to each of the five competitions must be received by 17:00 on the following dates:
Competition 1 – February 10, 2013
Competition 2 – March 24, 2013
Competition 3 – May 5, 2013
Competition 4 – June 16, 2013
Competition 5 – July 28, 2013
5. All entries submitted must be in English and be no longer than 150 words. Entries must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other competition. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that their entry does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
6. Copyright in all entries submitted to these competitions remains with the respective entrants. However, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Telegraph Media Group Limited and Wickes Building Supplies Limited to feature any or all of the submitted entries in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to these competitions. Entrants will not receive remittance for such publication, though their work will be credited.
7. Entrants may submit one entry to each of the competitions and all unsuccessful entries will be rolled over into each subsequent competition. Illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries submitted through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. Late entries to the first four competitions will be entered into the next competition. Late entries for the fifth competition will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
8. Each winning entry shall be that which in the opinion of the judges, best describes the needs and desires for a newly designed kitchen. The judging panel will comprise representatives from Wickes Building Supplies Limited and Telegraph Media Group Limited. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Each winning entrant shall win a Wickes kitchen, including fitting and appliances up to the value of £20,000. The winner may request work or specification that exceeds £20,000 but will be responsible for paying any outstanding balance. Kitchen prices are based on the Wickes Winter Sale 2012/13 price list.
10. The winner of each competition will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of that competition. Winners will be required to accept their prize within seven days of notification.
11. In the event of the Promoter being unable to contact a winner or of a winner being unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant who, in the opinion of the judges and in accordance with these terms and conditions, is the next best entry.
12. The winners may be required to take part in publicity. This may include giving an interview for publication, and publication of their photograph and photographs of their home before, during and after fitting the prize kitchen.
13. An up to date list of winners’ names and counties may be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published closing date of the fifth competition, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to Wickes Kitchen Winners, Create, Telegraph Media Group, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT.
14. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. All prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
