Ghosts in my Panasonic Viera

Please, please help! I have had my panasonic viera professionally installed, but i am difficulties watching dvds. When I play them there are 'ghosts' of other channels playing behind it. I'm techie illiterate so I need help so that I can challenge the installer. Is it something I could fix myself?

To find out where the ghosts are comming from make sure any other video sources are switched off, I have seen a similar problem with a tv showing that was on the freeview box or video so make sure everything is off it should allow you to see where the signal is comming from, once you have found that you can route the cable differently or buy a better shielded cable.

If it was installed profesionally and you paid for that service call them up and get them to sort it out as you paid them to install it correctly.

It may be a daft question but what are you playing your DVDs on?
DVD players connect to a TV via a scart lead so don't need 'tuning in'.
The ghosting may be coming from something else connected to the TV like a Video recorder.
I would start by disconnecting or switching off anything else you have connected to the TV, Sky/Cable/freeview box etc and see if that cures your problem.
That gum you like is coming back in style.
