Claiming Charges back? Some details received

I started the process of trying to get some bank charges back last month following the guide on this website.
HSBC sent my £10 along with some details, I'm looking at the guide and wondering what I do next because I'm sure not all of my fees are on here (as per the fee info paper they sent)

Any help with what I need to do now would be greatly appreciated!

The MSE guide to reclaiming bank charges talks specifically "about charges and related costs for going beyond your overdraft limit, or bounced cheques and direct debit."

These charges do not appear to be omitted from the above list, so just carry on. :)
  • Do I need to go through my statements as well or are all the charges listed above?

Why, if you are in financial hardship, did you spend 10 of your very scarce pounds requesting this information if you have your statements which would already include this information???
  • Because i followed the guide on this website? It told me to request all information. Thankfully in the end HSBC didn't charge.

I'm a fairly intelligent girl but when it comes to anything numerical, including reading dates, bank statements and charges etc I am INCREDIBLY dumb.

No. The guide only says to do that if you don't have your old statements.

    ...and then only after:

    (a) you have tried checking your online account to see if you can get the data
    (b) you have called to see if they will give it to you gratis (the guide specifically says HSBC have provided the appropriate info this way in the past)
