Small claims court

Hello after a long time of TERRIBLE customer service from o2 I
stopped paying the monthly contract bill until they sorted it out...

It was never sorted, the account folded.

Now I am looking to take them to the small claim court
for terrible Customer service and breach of contract does anybody know... How i can get my Contract sent through to me from o2

and What I should claim for in the small claims court
(this is against 02's claim of £556.00 that was left on the
contract that i would not pay until they sorted the problems.

that they never did.

Thanks

"Terrible customer service" isn't really something you can sue for.
What caused you to stop paying the contract cost? What was their breach of contract?

You need to have suffered a financial loss to sue. If you can put a figure on it and prove you lost this amount through their neglect then you can sue. You won't be awarded any costs for customer service or money you think they should give you.

Rarely a good idea to stop paying a mobile phone contract, you can end up with a black mark on your credit file. As others have said a small claims action in the county court is for quantifiable losses.

OP, do you still owe O2 money? I'd be more concerned with being taken to court for this if that's the case.
