What is very sad to me is the increasing number of threads that we are seeing on all the boards where the OP shows no sign of personal responsibility.
Had the OP come on and acknowledged that a mistake had been made but that he did indeed need to pay back the money owed to the pension fund and wanted help with working out the best way forward with the employers, I suspect that the answers would have been more sympathetic and very different.
As it was, I got the very distinct impression that the OP wanted his employers to foot the bill as he says;surely they are liable for there error? Thanks in advance.
