Credit rating advice

Hi all,
Any advice on this issue much appreciated. I have recently cancelled a creditwatch with Experian credit agency - they have just upped their prices and it is silly money to subscribe now. My rating with them was top notch but when I did a check with Equifax they said I was not on the electoral roll which lowered my score....I am! Experian had me on the roll as do the local authority but Equifax just said it was not their problem and I should take it up with the Council . I obviously want to maintain my record to the highest level and am at a loss how to sort this one out.
Thoughts?!
Thanks
GF

This can sometimes happen if the address that equifax use (or that you provided to equifax) isn't exactly the same format as the address the council use.
More common when people have things like a flat number and a house number or something unusual about their address.
Could that apply in your case?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
