Should I have had extra interest paid

I have just received a refund, however, the figures were sent out to me in September 2011 but I never received them .
I have now just had a payment made but it was the offer from 2011. The card is still current and they were taking ppi payments out until September 2012. So should I have had an extra years interest on the payments that were refunded.
Thanks
