Quidco Cashback from Santander - Did yours pay?

I've opened a Santander 123 and an everyday current account, they promised £55 and £33 respectively in cashback.
It's been a month, the account is setup and in credit with 4 direct debits active but still no cashback.
I'm beginning to suspect some devious behaviour from the bank because..
I had to raise a claim in Quidco and the very next day my online banking packed up when trying to create a standing order and said "Channel Blocked". After phoning the bank they have told me I would have to visit branch and show ID to unlock this.
However,.. I noticed that the cashback T&Cs on Quidco stated the account must be opened fully online without the need of in branch assistance.
I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem or if anybody was ever actually received the promised cashback?

Mine's tracked. No reason to be concerned yet. Things can take months to become 'paid'.0

I have seen quite a few posts from people reporting they got paid.
Seeing that your application had not tracked automatically, it could well be that you had not cleaned your cookies immediately before starting the application. If you had some other tracking cookie already sitting there, some other organisation will automatically get 'your' cashback. Your chances of also getting it are slim, but may be you get lucky.

and perhaps also join the Quidco / TCB discussion threads, since you sound a relative newbie to cashback sites.0 -

It doe's say that it can take up to 3 months for any payment to be made, so its been 30 days you have another 60 to wait and see if they pay it.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0 -
Mine 1st tracked 29/01 and has then updated 13/02 to £40Your application has successfully tracked but with cashback amount. This will update to the correct amount within sixty days of the application, providing the terms and conditions were met.
All done online, thankfully. They have sent me change of details form??? Stating I have previously held a account with them.
Seems they are miss advised as I never have, but Mrs does have a acc with them. Which I have sent a message about.
Watch this space.
If folks think Santander is bad... Do not use Sainsburys ins then... 8 months and waiting.....Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
