I can't find anything specific about fires, the only info from the Coleraine Council website is as follows:
PUBLIC INFORMATION: BEACH BYE LAWS
Please do not allow
your dog to foul in this
area and clean up all
dog waste. There are
bins provided for this purpose.
Dogs are not permitted
between 1st May and 30th
September. (Please refer to
beach map for further details.)
The consumption
of alcohol is not permitted
on the beach, promenade
or surrounding area.
Sorry, camping
is not permitted
in this area.
Motorised vehicles
including beach buggies
and quad bikes are not
permitted in this area.
Thankyou for not
leaving litter on the
beach and using
the bins provided.
Jet Skis and motor
boats are not
permitted on this
seashore and cannot be
launched in this area.
Please DO NOT
remove any sand
from the beach.
This says it applies to Castlerock beach, but I assume that it would be the same for all the beaches??

We used to do it all the time when we were kids. If you do be nice and clean up the mess0

Do Coleraine Council write all their rules as poems? ;-)0

I just had a quick look and there doesn't appear to be any law banning bonfires. Just be nice and come back the next day to remove the rubbish.

I think the National Trust look after most of the beaches on the North Coast, check way them0

But I do agree, please don't spoil it by leaving a mess for someone else to clear.0 -

Well done for being so responsible. Did the cold water "shrink" the assets?Willspireite wrote: »Hey folks, cheers for all the feedback!! We did indeed clear away our rubbish, so don't worry abt the beach bein wrecked!!! Thanks for the info!
