Hi,
I have been having a clear out and found a DFS agreement from August 2007 for a sofa and noticed that they have added PPI onto it without asking us and we have not ticked the box for it. Also, I have income protection insurance and this was in place at the time.
Is it possible to do anything about this with it being so long ago?
Who would I contact- their head office?
