Can anyone help??
I've been told today that with 2 months to go in my IVA; I have to sign a power of attorney for the supervisor to claim back any PPI that was mis-sold to pay my creditors the remaining debt after my current IVA is finished.
Is this allowed to happen? When I signed the IVA I was told it was for 60 months and for an agreed amount - now after struggling and the end finally being in sight I get told that more money is going to be taken....
Is this right?
If not?? What do I do??

You should only sign it if you were mis-sold. They should not encourage you to put in a fraudulent complaint. So, you could say you were not mis-sold.
If you do complain now, you will not see the money personally.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
If you complain at a later date the companies involved can set any redress off against any part of your debt that was written off to start with.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

Yes, you'll never see this money personally; even after your IVA is complete.0
