The clubcard email address was already registered to denby but won't work as it was a long time ago but frustratingly never used as I couldn't even get the account to work back then. I seem to be stuck ahhh!
Don't give up just yet. The exact same thing happened to my mum. I was the guinea pig to convert the vouchers & order on the Denby site but while I was waiting for the voucher codes I had to rejig my basket as an item was out of stock. Meantime mums codes came through and as she was ready to go she entered the codes straight away. She got the same message about email addresses which got me worried as I'd used a different email address for Denby than the one I use for Tesco.
I finally got my basket sorted and tried my codes and they worked but there was almost a 1 hour gap between codes arriving and me redeeming them. Mums worked when she tried again so I do think it's a time lag issue as I presume there must be some kind of update sent to Denby from Tesco saying codes xyz are now active.0 -

Thank you hope that works for me too then I had only received them five minutes before so hopefully that will be it.:):j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0 -
I would really love to treat my mum to some new dinner plates. She would like just plain cream which takes me to the Linen set. Has anyone seen the Linen breakfast plate in a shop? It is part of the new collection and I just wondered what it looked like? The Linen dinner plate looks white in the center and rimmed in cream?
Thank you in advance for any help.0 -
After umming and aahing I decided to take the risk and ordered £210 of clubcard deals at 8.37pm. The codes came through at 8.51pm and as I had everything waiting in the basket I completed the order at 9pm.
I am so excited. I have ordered a full set for six in the Linen. I have been coveting a Denby dinner service since I mistakenly got a Wedgewood china one for our wedding 12 years ago! It is too posh to be used and has only been out of the cupboard a handful of times. :rotfl:I know that this set will get much more use! :jThanks to everyone who posted links and codes etc.0 -
I made the mistake of trying to put the codes through in the gift certificate box first, then realised they go through as promotional codes - might this be what you have done? Hope you get it sorted.
ETA I ordered all items that were 50% off
OMG I can't believe I have just wasted half the night when I should have just read the posts in the thread properly. I was putting the codes in the gift certificate box too. Doh! All done know anyway thanks all for your help.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0 -
My initial 10% off was £10.50. As soon as I put my Tesco voucher in it reduced to £7.50?
Thank you so much to everyone that posted, managed to order my mum her plates for £7.50 after using Tesco vouchers and discount code.0 -
Thanks everyone. :T I've just spent £20 clubcard vouchers and got some bowls, glasses and a ceramic dish. Codes came through after a few mins.
I had the mysterious disappearing £3 from my 10% discount too. Hummpph. Now can I be bothered to contact them to complain about it??0 -

I'm guessing that 14 minutes felt even longer than my 14 minutes  Well done with your order. Thanks for the info about tesco clubcard exchange,i have now cancelled my original order and reordered using tesco voucher code.Exchanged voucher at 10.44 pm code came through 10 mins later so still had time to reorder.Saving a further £30.

That totally makes sense if you only use 3 vouchers but someone else spent £20 in the exchange and had the same problem. Very strange indeed. I thought I had the perfect zero balance order and was quite disappointed when I had to pay £3 :rotfl:0 -
Now, after midnight, up to 70% off some lines, and the others (well the ones I was looking at) are still 50% off.0
