Matalan refund

Hi, I need some adv please. During christmas I ordered some clouthing from Matalan website. When received one if the item was missing. I have emails to Matalan but received no reply. I also contacted customer services nd they confirmed my emails was received and just apologised its not been action. Said they will arrange a refund. Its 3 weeks now I have not received yhe refund. The missing value wss only £14 and full order was paid by my Aqua credit card.
Is their anything I can do in which credit card conpany refund the money back to me? Thanks

Possibly... speak to your card issuer.
