Is it ok to send laptop to eBay buyer in Spain? Are there risks involved?

Options
Hi all.

I'm selling a couple of computers on eBay. I normally only sell to UK buyers. I've had a message from a potential Spanish buyer who wants to buy one of the laptops. He has 100% feedback as a buyer for nearly 200 purchases, and noticed some purchases came from Canada and the US.

I would ask him to pay for the extra postage cost but if he's in agreement with that, is it ok to send to Spain as long as i) I send to his confirmed PP address ii) send using UPS (or similar company) with tracked details so as to cover myself as thoroughly as possible?

If some kind soul could let me know if it's the same as sending to a buyer in UK, but this time in Spain. Thanks for any assistance.

I post stuff quite regularly to various European countries without any bother. One thing i would bear in mind though for both UK & international deliveries very, very few couriers will insure against damage to laptop screens.

    Ok, thanks for that.

I'll be open to sending it to him in that case. Thanks again.
