1. Entry
In order to enter the competition, entrants must connect with their Facebook account, install dedicated Facebook application, perform the “check in” and submit their desired location they want to travel to explaining why they made this choice. By entering the competition, the entrants expressly accept these conditions of entry. The promotional period runs from February 18th 2013 to December 31st 2013. All persons aged 18 or over and able to leave their countries of residence legally are entitled to enter. The promotional period may be changed by the holder of the competition at any time You agree that all information which you are publishing on this resource is considered publicly available information.
It is prohibited to use this resource to engage in illegal activities; to promote dangerous and illegal activities; or violate the rights of other people or copyright violation. Otherwise, we may delete your content. Also, in serious cases such as those involving the abuse of children, we may report you to the appropriate authorities.
2. Draw
Kaspersky Lab holds the competition independently or in cooperation with its partners. Only entrants who enter their details completely and correctly will be entered in the competition. Entrants will not be able to win more than one prize. The winners will be selected by Kaspersky Lab brand endorser Olga Rumyantseva and notified by Facebook message or e-mail and his/her name will be announced on the Kaspersky Lab website and/or Facebook page of Kaspersky Lab. If the winner fails to contact Kaspersky Lab within 30 days of being notified, his/her entitlement to the prize shall lapse. The entrant is responsible for ensuring that the data submitted is correct. No responsibility is accepted for the announcement of the winners.
3. Prizes
Under the rules of this competition, the prize is considered as two flight tickets to the destination (country) the winner selects. The country of destination should have regular international air transport service. Each ticket should not have more than one connection. During the course of the competition 7 prizes in total will be drawn: one per each of the 7 stages. Prizes drawn in the course of the competition may not be exchanged, cannot be paid out in cash, and cannot be transferred to third parties. All travel arrangements including visa are at responsibility of the winner. Winner of each of the 7 stages of the competition can receive the Prize (2 tickets) if the abovementioned terms are kept and the winner proves that he or she can legally travel to the desired destination.
