Blue Sky Finance / Swift Advances PPI

In 2004 I took out a loan with swift advances through blue sky personal finance, with the loan being settled in 2007.
First of all is 2004 too far back to make a claim?
Has anyone had any experience of claiming through blue sky finance?
The original paperwork I have lists their address as Cardiff, having done a quick google search there's a blue sky personal finance based in Cwmbran in Wales so I assume they are still trading.

It's only too far back if there are no longer any records, which there might not be. Also, this was pre-regulation so they could dismiss your complaint if they want to.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
