Hi wonder if anyone can give some advice please? I have a La Redoute account spanning at least 10 years. I have had no balance on the account since 2005. However I do remember paying charges monthly over and above interest. Having found my customer number I contacted La Redoute requesting my original credit agreement and/or statements. They have now responded to say
"I write in response to your query regarding the Total Cover insurance.
From checking our records I can see that you paid a total of £6.82 Total Cover from February 2004 - April 2004."
Im sure I paid more than this for longer. Is it worthwhile sending a SARs letter?
Any help is appreciated

Only if you want to spend £10 to see if they still have any records from a company that weren't regulated pre January 2005.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

Or to put that another way, is it worth spending £10 when the total payout, if your complaint gets upheld, is £20.46. And as mentioned above, its pre 2005 which means if the company wasnt regulated previously, they dont even have to consider your complaint.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
