Redundancy and appeal

I successfully appealed my redundancy. I am employed as Business Development Manager for insolvency practioner. The appeal was upheld on the grounds that the scoring matrix used and the weightings applied were unfair as my role was distinct from others involved in the process and a scoring matrix tailored to my role should have been devised. I have been told that my employer now wishes to rescore me against a senior, more qualified manager who is still on probation, he was taken on in Nov 2012 and it is a known fact he is a personal friend of one of the partners. Can my employer do this? They have also asked me to attend a meeting to discuss a financial package making my re-scoring and redundancy seem pre-determined. What are my options? Many thanks in advance
