We noticed the French and Spannish mums look very fit and toned because they join in with all the activites, and still find time to just chill too. Come on Brits, don't be the slobs letting your bodies cease up and rust and look all blobby and untight. Swim very hard for 1/2 hour at the very least.

Ha Ha, I could manage a 1/2 swim and perhaps a yoga or pilates class each day on holiday, but believe me, I am no slob in my hectic daily life, what I need right now is a REST - especially if I am paying for it!

Conrad you go ahead and oggle the Spanish and French mums all you like as they fight with their surf boards, but I will be catching up with R&R in the shade by the pool!

We've been to both Sunsail and Neilson - with boys 8,10,12 (last time) several times. Sunsail is much more sailing based. As said none of your children "have to" go to clubs, and when they do they can pick and chose the excellent activities that are put on.

The hotels are usually in an area out of town, so the reps, will often take them out on bike rides, kayaking etc out of area. We went to Vounaki (sunsail), Teos, and Sivota, all really safe to just let the children do their own thing, and occassionally meet up for a meal - even then they usually sit with their new mates on separate tables!!!

Unless serious Sailors - would recommend Neilson for variety - but both are excellent, and with any luck you will get to that Spa! or Yoga.

Thank you, it is great to hear this information. I'm now struggling to find availability with Neilson on the dates we can go - they only appear to have 7-night blocks available which don't cost that much less than 14 nights, which is what we would prefer. I will keep trying them on the phone though in case they can come up with a suggestion for us.
