esa appeal i don,t understand decision

hello, my appeal come through today but i dont understand it.
i was in the wrag but felt should be in support group.
can anybody please explain what each of the following mean and what does schedule 3 and 35 mean.
and what happens next ...thankyou
here is what letter said.
decision notice
1. the appeal is allowed
2.the made on 08/10/2011 is set aside
3.
is entitled to employment and support allowence (esa) with the support component
4. no descriptor from schedule 3 of the esa regulations 2008 was satisfied but regulation 35 of the esa regulations 2008 applied
5. the tribunal recommends that the department does not reassess the appellent within 12 months.

Looks like you've been placed into the support group and it's been recommended that your not reassessed for twelve months

when you say support , do you mean the one where i don,t have to go to the jobcenter interviews
do you know what the numbers refer to in the letter ..35 etc..?
i read somewhere that the dwp can appeal the appeal decision,is that true or am i just getting confused again?
should i receive a letter off dwp saying i am now in the support group?
or do i need to phone them?

Reg 35 means that it would put your or anyone elses health at serious risk if you were found to be in the work-related group, so you are in the support group.
The support group has no required activity, and you don't need to go anywhere.0 -
Yes, it is possible for DWP to appeal if they can demonstrate that there was an 'error in law' but that happens very rarely.0
