It has changed, in 2003 I believe.
Providing incident reported to plod within 5 days for damage only claims, the MIB will deal (after the usual delays). £300 MIB excess would apply on property damage though IIRC.0 -
Even if the car is stolen the insurance company the owner has for the car should pay out.0
