Why? Surely the cheapest is what you want?

Just use any comparison site and choose the cheapest.
But I'd be surprised if you are not already on it ;)

Ebico are the only supplier I am aware of that genuinely has no standing charge.

But they are not cheap unless you are an extremely low user
Some customers with PPMs occassionally find them reasonable.

All other suppliers either charge a daily standing charge or apply a 2 tier pricing system.
Any 2 tier pricing is being phased out on the orders of Ofgem and being replaced by a daily standing charge.

(Ebico say they have no intention of introducing a daily standing charge)

Unless you are a low user, SC or NSC makes only a tiny difference to the annual bills-usually measured in pence.
A non NSC tariff simply recovers the shortfall by charging a higher unit rate.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    - there's no such thing in annual costs terms
    - in reality the 'end' price per unit is the same
    - the exception, and there is one, is an extreme low user
    - such as uber passive design, second holiday home users etc

If you fit that profile as others have said try Ebico etc.
