Bones in M & S boneless fish head office address please

I have bought some of marks and spencers normally lovely boneless and skinless cod(frozen),we had it for our dinner today and in one piece alone I found 9 small bones.
Luckily it was in my piece, but my 7 year old dd and 3 yr old ds also had some so I had to pick my way through theirs to see if there were any bones.
Does anyone know the head office address so that I can send the bones along with the box to make a complaint.
Thanks for your help:T

All the "boneless" fish I have ever seen in any shop has said on the packaging that it's impossible to remove all bones and that there's a risk of small bones remaining.

If the M&S fish doesn't say this, then you have a case for complaint. If it doesn't, you don't. IMHO it is impossible to 100% ensure complete bonelessness without mashing the fish up.

'Although great care has been taken to ensure all bones are removed from this product, some may remain'

Is the standard disclaimer i believe. I would never give a small child fresh fish without having a good poke around just to be on the safe side. Its the nature of the beast, or fish..

Shouldn't that read:- "Although great care has been taken to ensure all bones are removed from this product, some hope of getting compensation may remain"

    Sorry ! being cynical again.

It must be very difficult to get the bones out of a fish's head.

    I'll get me coat.

Is it really necessary to write to thier head office about this?

As others have pointed out theres always a disclaimer and you can't gaurentee there will be none at all.
