I have bought some of marks and spencers normally lovely boneless and skinless cod(frozen),we had it for our dinner today and in one piece alone I found 9 small bones.
Luckily it was in my piece, but my 7 year old dd and 3 yr old ds also had some so I had to pick my way through theirs to see if there were any bones.
Does anyone know the head office address so that I can send the bones along with the box to make a complaint.
Thanks for your help:T

All the "boneless" fish I have ever seen in any shop has said on the packaging that it's impossible to remove all bones and that there's a risk of small bones remaining.
If the M&S fish doesn't say this, then you have a case for complaint. If it doesn't, you don't. IMHO it is impossible to 100% ensure complete bonelessness without mashing the fish up.0 -
'Although great care has been taken to ensure all bones are removed from this product, some may remain'
Is the standard disclaimer i believe. I would never give a small child fresh fish without having a good poke around just to be on the safe side. Its the nature of the beast, or fish.."On behalf of teachers, I'd like to dedicate this award to Michael Gove and I mean dedicate in the Anglo Saxon sense which means insert roughly into the anus of." My hero, Mr Steer.0 -
'Although great care has been taken to ensure all bones are removed from this product, some may remain'
Shouldn't that read:- "Although great care has been taken to ensure all bones are removed from this product, some hope of getting compensation may remain"
Sorry ! being cynical again.
