IP address blocked - why?

I usually check the MSE forums on my lunch break at work but today found that MSE appears to have blocked that IP address. Now I don't think I have posted anything that is goes against MSE's rules/guidelines (and I haven't deleted any of my posts)

I am currently accessing MSE via my phone hence (hopefully!) being able to post this. What have I done MSE, or have I been mixed up with someone else?

I enjoy looking out for bargains on my lunch break, often helps me decide where to go shopping after work

If someone at MSE can give me an answer and unblock the IP address in question that would be fab, thank you

Maybe someone else you work with has fallen foul of MSE rules and caused the IP address to be blocked?

It sounds like your work has put a filter on the internet activity..

Slowhand, there are over 200 staff here so quite possible I guess.

Sosdon - it's definitely at MSE's end - when I try to access the MSE site I get as far as MSE itself which I wouldn't with the sites work has blocked. A message from MSE is then displayed, informing me that MSE has blocked that particular IP address.

Oh well, guess I will be squinting at my phone at lunchtime trying to find all the bargains then
