Littlewoods Charges

Hello I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on something. I have a littlewoods account and by error I missed my payment date and someone called me to remind me. I obviously appreciate there would be a late payment charge however I have looked at my online account and they have charged me £12 late payment fee but then another £12 for the phone call to me which lasted no more than a minute! Is this legal as I feel £12 for a 1min phone call is ridiculous! Is it worth trying to fight that?

How late were you???

I see you only applied for the Littlewoods account late November, and because of defaults on your credit file they refused you any credit until at least 17 Dec
