DLA Online Form (And an ESA question)

Hey guys,

I'm trying to complete the DLA form online but on one of the 'About You' pages the are two boxes which have a * next to them so they must be completed but there's no space to put an answer and no drop down menu or anything.

It's 'Phone number type' and 'Nationality' and I can't submit the form unless these are filled in. Anyone had the same issue?

I have no ad-blocks or anything right now and all the other boxes have loaded. :huh::huh:

Also, I got a letter today from the ESA, saying they have put me in the World Related group. I received a payment of £116 today (although it shows in my bank on Saturday) does anyone know when I'll next be due a payment?

And also it says I'm entitled to £99.15 from the 19th January, does that mean that some money will be backdated to me?

(It was a new ESA claim, no transfer from IB or anything)

Tried IE and now when the pop up loads it won't let me click My Account or anything else. Grrr. :mad: I'll ring up for a form tomorrow, I guess. Thanks.

Is your version of Acrobat up to date?

Did you download it to your PC or are you trying to do actually on line?
When I filled mine out I downloaded it, saved each page and then when I had finished it, went back and changed bits here and there then resaved it. Once all details were filled as needed - I printed it off and signed it. Sent it in and 6 weeks later got a positive decision.

Wwhen I looked at doing this recently via government gateway, it said basically that it was only suitable for older browsers and you should apply in writing by downloading the .pdf file
