Joint care question

I feed my dog Wainwrights dried & wet food. I buy the one for mature dogs 7+. It specifies on the bag that it is for joint care. I also give him a Pedigree joint care stick each day.

Question is: could I be over doing it, or is it ok to feed both?

My dog had Arden Grange which also has joint care in it. My vet said it was fine to also give a joint stick. Try the supermarket ones, I used Sainsbury's, they have more active ingredients in than the Pedigree ones and are cheaper. My dog preferred them too.
  • I don't live near a big Sainbury's only the small express ones, so not sure if they will stock them. Will have a look tho'.

The little ones don't do them but if you live near an Asda I think theirs are the same. If you go online to the supermarket website and find the jointsticks, it probably gives you a function to look at the ingredients, if not, ring them and ask, you can then compare them against the Pedigree ones.
Probably other supermarket ones are the same, you can certainly compare them and decide for yourself.
