Has anyone had the pilkington blue installed in their conservatory/roof lantern?
Just wondering how blue the blue is, and does it take away the golden glow of the sun ie make the light look significantly cooler?
I wont get a chance to have a look at this in person so just wondering if anyone has experience of this?

We got rid of the kids. The cat was allergic.

Got Pilkington Active Blue on our conservatory. There is a slight blue tint, but you only really notice it, when you compare to the clear windows on the sides.
When the suns shining through it still feels warm and sunny. Certainly never felt the conservatory was lacking in golden glow...0 -
Thanks, Ive seen some pics on google images and from the outside it does look very blue, but I was told not so noticeable from the inside...
I may just go for the clear to be on the safe side, though we do have a south facing garden <eek>We got rid of the kids. The cat was allergic.
