Multiple PPI Claims

I currently have 2 PPI claims under review with the same lender. One policy was on a loan that has been fully settled & the other policy is still running on a credit card which is currently in arrears.
Assuming both claims were successful, obviously I would expect any compensation from the credit card agreement to be off-set against the current balance (and arrears). However, as it is the same lender, could they also take any compensation due from the loan agreement to off-set the credit card debt ?

It will be up to the bank to be honest, it is possible that they will just use the redress from the card, only the bank can let you know this, see what they do.
