Hi,
I recently got a Packard Bell laptop Easynote TE11HC, Im in the process of downgrading from windows 8 to 7 via disk. However the "secure boot" option is set to enabled and is greyed out meaning it is not booting from disk and booting from the HD to windows 8...any ideas how to get around this?
Many thanks

Press Windows key+I, then click power, then shift+click Shutdown. This will force a full shutdownpoppy100 -
Thanks for the reply
the only issue now is getting the the BIOS after the complete shutdown, because of the UEFI the only way I know to access the BIOS is go into windows 8 settings and restart to BIOS through troubleshoot, and by doing this the button is still greyed out
