Which PPc will be the first to apptempt court, after ( the ppc ) looses a popla appeal, didnt the BPA say that even if the PPC lose at popla they can still try court??

Doesn't the BPA CoP say if Popla upholds an appeal the PPC must drop the charge? So therefore it cannot go to court.

£30 for popla, £30 for small claims, wonder if many would risk it. I wonder how they would try to include the popla fee in their small claims costs.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Here is the CoP wording, it's open to interpretation I think, doesn't exactly say no court orders allowed, but it will fly in the face of binding on ppcs I think

22.17 If POPLA decides that you have failed to demonstrate that a parking charge should be upheld, in whole or in part, you must follow its decision.

22.18 You may not continue with a claim for debt-recovery against a driver, keeper or hirer if POPLA has decided against you and grants the appeal.
