Virgin charging for landline calls under unlimited package

Hi everyone! Just hopping on here to check, before I call to tell Virgin media that I want some money taken off my bill, that I've not got the wrong end of the stick.
I had the talk unlimited package, with free landline to landline UK calls. I switched to this package because my mum and sister moved to Poole, so I knew I'd be on the phone more than usual! However, I was surprised by a higher bill this month and, on checking, found that they've been charging me for 01202 (UK landline) calls.
Last time I checked Bournemouth and Poole were still in the UK - but before I phone and say "oi! What are you playing at!?" I just wanted to make sure there wasn't some odd loophole in the package that means I'd be charged for 01202 calls? Looks to me like they've had a glitch, but there's nowt worse than phoning up to grumble about something only to find you're actually just confused :rotfl:

Did you dial the number, or did you set up a divert to tha number? Dialling it would be inclusive but setting up a divert would not.0

Is it down to call duration? Some packages will give you "unlimited calls" but you have to hangup and redial within 60 - 120 minutes otherwise it becomes chargeable. Not sure if virgin have this clause.
Edit: Just found this in their T&C'sTalk Unlimited: Zero‐rated tariff applies to the first hour of direct‐dialled local and national geographic voice calls only (numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03), Virgin Mobile numbers and 0870 numbers (not other numbers such as those beginning 084 and 070). Re‐dial before 60 minutes to avoid call charges. Full details of call charges/connection fees at virginmedia.com/callingcosts.0
