Halifax now hasn't adjusted the interest rate on this product for some time, even though interest rates have gone up by 0.5% in six odd months and may rise by another quarter point next month.

My reggy is due to expire next month and I will have to consider whether or not I want to take another one out - the Chorley BS reggy looks a tempting alternative

Get both (and a lloyds 8% for two years, and maybe an ongoing 6.75% with yorkshire). They are unlikely to up it when it is already far higher than the base rate.
