Why not ask the "tiler" what product he used?
BTW did he rake out the previous grout or did he just grout over the top off the old stuff.
I am guessing that at £300 it was the later.
I have to agree that I would expect decorators caulk to be soft enough to dig my finger nail into after only a week..0 -
you seriously think £300 is reasonable to just put new grout over old?0
