Adult course grant help

Hi I'm going back to school at the age of 28 to retrain as a Make-up Artist. I work as a housekeeper at a hotel and earn minimum wage. Before that I stacked shelves for 8 years in a supermarket. I decided I can't live my life at the bottom like this. I want to do something I've always loved. So I enrolled on a course. Only problem is it costs £790! I can pay installments but that will leave me out of pocket every month to pay rent. My household income is less than £13,000 a year. I have no dependents, just my partner and myself.
I spoke to the school about grants but they are mostly for 25 and under or people with children. I'm a UK resident and lived in Norfolk all my life.
Does anyone know of any grants for the over 25s with a low household income?

How is your household income only £13K, is your partner unable to work or are you not living together? If you both work full time (37 hours) for minimum wage you should be grossing £24K between you.
Is the qualification you hope to receive higher than any of your other qualifications? Have you ever had student finance before?Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
