Well, my parcel is showing as in the local RM depot, so it looks like my order was accepted - an £18 Cyberman for £2.95 delivered - that's another christmas present off the list.





Edit: The cyberman has arrived - unfortunately the resident Royal Mail elephant got to him first and whilst I think he may survive, he's no good for a gift any more. Phoned John Lewis to see about an exchange, and they've run out of stock - so said to keep him and they're refunding what I paid - Wow!

Was my first order with them, but as another posters says, I will be back purely because of their customer service and the fact they honoured the glitch in the first place.
