hmm, i checked my parcel force tracking number, and it said:
'We are currently unable to confirm that status of your parcel. Please check the number and try again. Please note that items sent over 4 months ago cannot be tracked online. If you are tracking a parcel sent from outside of the UK, we may not have received it yet. Please try again or use the help button below.'
    has anyone else got this?

One parcel shows this, the other shows Parcellforce 48, in progress, National hub. The one they are unable to confirm is the first one I ordered on Friday, so I expect time will tell.

:money: Martin, is John your cousin? Perhaps you could ask him :p

What is the National Hub? is it some sort of central post office? I suppose this will mean its on its way.

I think so. My pillow (ordered on Sat) is at the "National Hub" as well.

Yes it looks like its been despatched from JL and on its way ; from wikipedia:

In the UK Parcelforce operates a "hub and spoke" system with the national hub based in Coventry. The Coventry site also doubles as the international transfer hub.

Exciting isnt it? I suppose the first of the parcels should be arriving tomorrow as some people ordered on Friday. I must say though, that the parcelforce tracking thingy doesnt really tell you much does it?

Have you all been sent post purchase surveys from JL? I have, and if I get my free stuff I will rave about them!

I hope anyone who ordered this realises it is more of a cushion; not really big enough to use in bed! You'll need the appropriate sized cover for it as well.

I hope everyone gets what they want if they really wanted it but I find it a bit shocking that some people seem to have grabbed stuff just because it's free- I've already seen a couple of posters admitting they don't know what they'll do with their free items!

I know it's hard to resist (I was certainly tempted) but since a lot of people on here got themselves into their money troubles by not being able to resist buying things and have since sorted themselves out surely you can apply the same restraint to not getting !!!!!! you don't need?

No offence meant, just a thought. I certainly don't begrudge anyone getting something they actually needed, or even just fancied, if it is going to be used!
