morgan stanley ppi reclaim

Hi,

I believe I've been mis-sold PPI on a morgan stanley credit card from 2003-2005

I have completed a questionnaire along with copies of statements and sent it to Morgan Stanley (Dec 2012) but heard nothing back.

I know they've now sold the business (ultimately to Barclay card), but I wasn't a customer at the time of the sale so are Barclay card still willing or able to consider my claim or should Morgan Stanley have responded?

You'd have thought Morgan Stanley would at least do a 'not our problem letter'
