Both myself and my husband worked for a company who became voluntary insolvent. We got no notice and were owed Notice Pay, One months unpaid wages and Holiday Pay.
We took it to the tribunal and the judge ruled i was owed 2500 and my husband was owed just over 2000. We got a small payment from RP but will never get what the judge said we were owed.
Is there anything we cn do about it?
