Flights / Hotels for Group

Hi everyone, I need some help!

I have volunteered to organise our team incentive trip and was hoping for some advice on best way of getting cheap flights / hotel for a group. Who gives the best discounts and by what method etc.

There are 23 of us going.

Dates are sort of flexible, over a weekend. 2 nights preferably.

19-21 Apr seems to be best for price.

I have a budget of £4k for flights/hotel room only. We can go anywhere. Inlcuding stay in the UK if we have to due to price!

Any help / suggestions / links would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!:)

  • No one can help at all??
  • Best thing may be to look at where the Eurostar goes- makes seating easier etc? Or ferry?

It also depend what your group is made of, ages, gender etc. booking a holiday for 23 young men may cause a problem- people assume ur rowdy.

Cheapest/ easiest thing to do would be camping!

It is often more expensive to book 23 seats than 1. Consider your nearest airport and look at their website to see which flights operate on, for example 19th April. 9 seats is the usual maximum you can book at a time on line but for low cost carriers, this will almost certainly mean the fare will go up as you book the next 9 and so on. You also need to be certain that you can get all 23 on one plane, this means you need to get a group of friends, sitting in the same room, not each of them at home, all going on line at the same time to book the seats and being certain that everything is confimed.
