WIN YOUR WISH LIST CONTEST TERMS

The following simple Contest Rules, as well as the Soap & Glory website Terms and Conditions (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Privacy Policy and the long-form Contest terms) apply to this Contest (”Contest“).

This Contest is being run by Soap & Glory Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This Contest is open to all UK entrants who have a UK address (“Participant”). We cannot accept entries from other countries or addresses.

Entering the contest

To enter, you should sign up and create an account (if you haven’t already) to use the Soap & Glory Wish List function [LINK] and then add five or more items to your Wish List during the Contest Period (“Entry”). All information given must be accurate.
The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries.
The Contest begins at 1500 on 13th February 2013 and all Entries must be received by 1700 on 29th March2013 (“Contest Period”). All Entries after this time will be deemed invalid.The Prize
The Prize

The prize is the first five Soap & Glory products on your Wish List at the end of the Contest Period (“Prize”).
You will not be charged for delivery of the Prize, which will be made by Royal Mail within two weeks of receipt of each winner’s address.
The Winners

One (1) winner will be selected at random within from all eligible Entries by an independent party at the end of the Contest Period. To receive the full name of the independent party, send an email request to website@soapandglory.com.
Winners will be notified by email sent to the email address provided to us by the winner on registration. You will be asked to give your mailing address, which will only be used for delivery of the Prize.
Winners may be required to accept these Contest Terms before being eligible for a Prize.
Winners may also be announced on the Soap & Glory Facebook page, Twitter feed, or any Soap & Glory blogs. By entering the Contest you consent to your name being used in this way.
If any required information is not returned by a winner within five (5) working days of the notification correspondence, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, then that winner’s Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at our sole discretion.

You must have a valid e-mail address, and it is your responsibility to update us of any change in e-mail or mailing address.
