Lidl weekend offers for weekend 23/02-24/02

First offer in a long time where everything has appealed to me - especially the crisps! I always get these as really like them, so have stocked up with 3 bags (although tempted to go back tomorrow and get some more - I am a crisp addict!)

Got one of the piri piri chickens to try. I'm hoping to shred it and have it in wraps with the cherry tomatoes and Aldi salad next week

Thanks torbrex, my lidls was the same no lorne sausage though was half expecting that after seeing your post this morning. Picked up a couple of the smoked sausages as the kids like them. There must have been a supply problem.

OH went up for me and stocked up on the butter-really nice and no added colour as with some of the cheaper brands. Got aload and they have quite long dates on, so some in the fridge to use over the next few weeks and froze the rest to use later.

OH said as he filled his trolley a lovely older lady behind him noticed and asked was it a good deal and did he know you can freeze butter? He pointed out the price and said the freezing was exactly what he intended to do-lady stocked up as well lol. She said it was pleasing to see younger people thinking about stocking up on a bargain and making the most of their money like the older generation did. OH was really pleased to be called young as we are both early 40's rofl.

TY to the poster. Will keep an eye out for next weeks offer and off to Aldi on thurs for the super 6 and the baby offers.
