Had a joint loan from Halifax back in 1999,I was self employed,other half is employed by central government.we had the loan for only six months and then remortgaged,paid the loan off which did have ppi have we got a case

No one can say if you have a case, but realistically, you're looking for the company to have kept information for 14 years on a loan that you paid off after 6 months, therefore most of the PPI would have been rebated.

Only having the loan for six months means that the PPI will have been rebated on early settlement.
