Replacing roofline and flat roof covering

We have approx 32m of roofline that needs replacing - all soffit/fasica and guttering as it's a hipped roof so no gables - plus 2 downpipes. We also have approx. 9m of flat roof over the garage - fascia 3 sides and guttering 1 side (so 3m). The garage roof is fairly old and does seem to have "gone" (ripped felt?) in the corners, so although we don't have any leaks/problems with it we though it might be cheaper to get this done at the same time with the same company. Also removing the garage fasicas may disturb the roofing, so then the edges would need replacing anyway - I think it makes sense to have it all done at once?
Quotes we've had:
Small family run Swish/BBA approved company
Ogee white fascias, solid soffit, white square guttering and over facsia ventilation system £2700
Garage Ogee fascia and white square guttering £490
(so £3190 total price for comparison with the other companies below)
Rubberbond Fleeceback EPDM flat roofing system £790
If decking needs replacing £65 per sheet
Use easidec
No deposit required
Both roof and roofline will have a 20 year guarantee
Medium sized Swish approved company
Main roof line and garage (all as above) £4000 for Swish or £3500 for Summit
Felt roof, just edges £400
Whole new 3-ply felt roof £700
£80 per decking board if required
Use easidec
15% deposit
!0 year insurance backed guarantee
Large regional Swish approved company
As above (except black Ogee guttering as recommended by them due to less noticeable when dirty plus larger capacity shape - although they said they charge the same for all styles and colours)
£4900 valid for the next year or £4000 if we order in the next month
no price for roof as this would need to be arranged separately, but they use Sarnafil
Use scaffolding
no mention of deposit so I'd have to ask
10 year guarantee
What do you think?
Should there be a price difference between black and white guttering? or between ogee or square guttering/fasicas? Thinking I might go back to the first 2 companies and ask them if changing any of the options affects the price.
How do the different roof systems - 3 ply felt, Sarnafil and Rubberbond compare? Should they play a deciding factor?
Thanks

we personally dont use ogee fascia due to collecting dirt and the only difference between summit and swish is the fire rating on the board swish has better fire rating.i would also stick with square guttering due to easy to get spares for ogee profiles are all differentif you think peoples advice is helpfull please take the time to clicking the thank you button it gives great satisfaction0
