Settlement offered - cancel court straight away?

Hello all,
After receiving a date at court for credit card charges, I have been offered a complete settlement of my claim. I am going to sign and send this off straight away.
My question is about the paperwork they have sent me to send to court, which states that my case is being withdrawn. I was wondering if I need to wait for payment or a response from the credit card company before I send this off to court, or if I photocopy a signed agreement which I then send recorded delivery is enough? The court date is in a couple of week so I don't have time to wait really. Should I just sign both and send them off?
Thanks for reading.

They have spotted something that suggests hat they will lose the case.
Might be worthwhile exploring this a bit with some of the board pundits.Be happy...;)0 -
Or they have decided it is more expensive to fight the case than to pay out now and get rid of it.They have spotted something that suggests hat they will lose the case.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Guys thanks for your comments, the settlement is for the full amount so I have no need to explore the case any further.
The only thing I am asking about is whether to send the court the cancel papers at the same time as sending the credit card guys the signed agreement.0
