KGB say my voucher has been redeemed

I purchased a voucher for beauty treatments from KGB deals on 2nd Feb I checked recently and found it was showing `redeemed' on 9th Feb. I havent redeemed it nor even contacted the merchant to make an apt. I couldnt even print the voucher as it says `expired' I have stupidly bought a few things with them which I havent used yet. This was after the first thing I bought a 2 night hotel stay never appeared in my purchased deals. I argued with them but they were adamant my payment hadnt gone through. Luckily I paid with paypal and after filing a dispute my voucher miraculously appeared!

I am now quite upset and have bruised my hand quite badly slamming it on the wall in frustration. I cannot phone them or the merchant who also doesnt answer phone and unfortunately I paid by debit card this time. They dont answer emails and I know I will get the bog standard reply `it has been redeemd when it hasnt. I am such a silly old fool why oh why did I buy from them again ater what happened before. I even but a psot on facebook but they removed it I have no changce of getting a reply :mad::mad:

Write a letter of complaint and send it recorded delivery, Facebook is not a formal method of communication it is SOCIAL networking ergo for your mates. Maybe speak to your doctor about anger management (seriously).
