How to get out of some web sites

You get the same from a right click on back as has already been mentioned. There are umpteen ways of skinning this cat and for my part I prefer to open in a fresh tab from sort results. If it happens within a website clicking back twice is quicker imo.terra_ferma wrote: »Not if you hold the back button0 -
Fresh tab is the way to go, I agree with other users.0

In Firefox the default is clicking a link with the mouse wheel will open a the link in a new new tab. The focus will stay on the page you are viewing.kwikbreaks wrote: »As already mentioned the easiest way out is to open the link in a fresh tab - google search settings include that as an option or you can right click and specify it. Clicking my mouse wheel also does it but I maybe specified that somewhere sometime so it may not be standard.
I use this a lot in "I'll look at this later" mode.

Dave_C, depends on your mouse and the driver software. My MS wired mouse does, my logitech does not, and my red bull mouse did until i updated the drivers
