In Firefox the default is clicking a link with the mouse wheel will open a the link in a new new tab.
Dave_C, depends on your mouse and the driver software. My MS wired mouse does, my logitech does not, and my red bull mouse did until i updated the drivers- PITA.
For me it is right click, and open link in new tab0 -
